At this time we do not offer the option of adding funds to your Prepaid Card from a bank account in Brazil. If you have made a transfer from Banco do Brasil S.A. to your Prepaid Card, the transfer will be returned. We advise you to contact BB S.A. for additional information regarding the transfer made.
