Can I pay a small business with Zelle®?

Some small businesses are able to receive payments with Zelle®. Ask your favorite small business if they accept payments with Zelle®. If they do, you can pay them directly from the BB Americas Bank Personal Mobile App and Consumer Online Banking using just their email address or U.S. mobile number.

Neither BB Americas Bank nor Zelle® offer purchase protection for payments made with Zelle®, so you should only send money to people (and small businesses) you trust. You are liable for any and all Zelle® payments made through the BB Americas Bank Personal Mobile App and Consumer Online Banking, using your login credentials (username and password). Also, always ensure you have used the correct email address or U.S. mobile number when sending money.
