How can I cover a negative balance on my Prepaid Card?

To cover a negative balance on your Prepaid Card, we advise you to check if you have any available balance in your different sub-purses that can be transferred to your main account. If so, you can convert your foreign currency into U.S. Dollars (USD) to cover the negative amount. Please note that fees may apply to this transaction.

If you do not have any balance available in a sub-purse, you will need to transfer funds to your Prepaid Card via a deposit.

Below are the available options to make deposits to your Prepaid Card:

• Card to Card – Allows you to transfer funds to your BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card using an American debit card (U.S.) or any international credit card.
• Bank to Card – Allows you to transfer funds from your U.S. checking account to your Prepaid Card.
