How can I make the initial deposit to open an Easy Account?

The initial deposit must be made via transfer by accessing the BB S.A. App and clicking on Câmbio (Exchange) > Enviar ordem para o exterior (Send order abroad) > Nova transferência para o BB Americas (New transfer to BB Americas). The initial deposit can only be made when your Easy Account is approved.
