How to proceed if your international transfer is returned?

You will receive an email notifying the return of your international transfer.

We have listed below the reasons why an international transfer may be returned:

• Not specified by the bank originating the transfer
• The bank cannot process the transaction
• Invalid beneficiary details
• Internal bank policies
