How should I proceed in case of loss, theft, or suspected fraudulent activity on my Prepaid Card?

In case of loss, theft, or suspected fraudulent activity on your Prepaid Card, we advise you to immediately contact the BB Americas Bank Prepaid Card Client Support Center.

Please be advised that, for security reasons, when a new card is requested, the current card is canceled, as only one card can be active at any given time..
If you suspect any fraudulent transactions, it will be necessary to open a dispute process, and a resolution may take up to 90 days.

If you have an urgent need for the card, we suggest requesting the new card via express delivery, considering that the estimated delivery time outside Brazil via regular delivery is 30 business days.
