How to initialize the first access to your BBA account within the BB S.A. App?

1. Ensure that the initial registration on the BBA Online Banking was successfully completed via the desktop or BBA App.
2. Log in through the BB S.A. App using the active account information from Banco do Brasil.
3. Click on “Menu”.
4. Search for the option “BB Americas Bank” or type “BB Americas Bank” on the search bar.
5. Click on “Acesse sua conta BB Americas Bank” and then click on “Já sou cliente”.
6. If this is your first access, register by accepting the data sharing and providing your BB Americas account number or debit card number. In the case of U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents, it will be necessary to enter the SSN.
7. Select the option through which you wish to receive the verification code, via email or phone number. If you don’t recognize the listed emails or phone numbers, contact our BB Americas Bank Client Support Center.

On future logins, just click on “Acesse sua conta BB Americas Bank” and you will be automatically directed to the BBA homepage.
*Attention: Access to the BBA account through the BB S.A. App is only available for clients who have active personal accounts at BBA and BB S.A.
