May I add beneficiaries to an account opened online?

Yes, you may add beneficiaries to e-Classic, e-Money Market, e-Savings and e-CD after the account has been opened. To add beneficiaries to your account, please send an email to onlineaccounts@bbamericas.com requesting to add a beneficiary to your account. Please include the Beneficiary’s Full Name, Date of Birth, and Tax Identification Number (Tax ID or CPF) in the email.
