What is the estimated delivery time frame of my initial Prepaid Card?

The issuance of your initial Prepaid Card must be requested by your institution. The estimated time for delivery in Brazil via Correios, regular delivery, is up to 10 business days from the date we receive the order by your institution. The estimated time for delivery outside Brazil via Correios, regular delivery, is up to 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
