What should you do if you receive an error message when trying to activate or change the debit card PIN on the BB S.A. App?

If you receive an error message, ensure that:

  • The last 4 digits of the debit card was entered correctly.
  • The debit card is active (for PIN change).
  • Your email and phone number are registered in the “Meu perfil” tab.
  • The verification code via text message is not being blocked on your mobile device.
