What to do if the verification code is not received?

The verification code will be sent via email or text message to the contact information previously registered.
If you don’t receive the code, click on “Enviar novamente” and select the same or an alternative registered option to receive it.
If the verification code is still not received, we recommend closing the app and trying again in 5 minutes.
