What to do if you are unable to initiate your first access to your BBA account through the BB S.A. App?

• Verify if the BBA account number or debit card was entered correctly. The BBA account has 10 digits, and the debit card has 16 digits. Both must be activated.
• Type only numbers, no letters, periods, commas or any type of special character.
• Ensure that the initial BBA Online Banking registration was completed successfully through the desktop version or the BBA App.
• Check if the internet connection is stable.
