When will my Prepaid Card be canceled by my institution?

Upon your institution’s request, BB Americas Bank will notify you by email of the cancellation of your Prepaid Card and the options available for you to use the remaining balance. For all applicable fees for withdrawal/purchases, consult the Table of Fees in the Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions.
