How to Change Debit Card PIN on the BB S.A. App

1. Access your BBA Account on the BB S.A. App.

2. Click on “Cartão de débito” and select “Alterar a senha”.

3. Enter the last 4 digits of the debit card for which you want to change the PIN and click on “Avançar”.

4. Choose a new 4-digit PIN for your debit card and re-enter the same PIN in the second field. Click on “Confirmar”.

5. Select the previously registered phone number for which you wish to receive the verification code then, click on “Avançar”. If you don’t recognize the listed phone numbers, contact our BB Americas Bank Client Support Center.
