How to View and Download Transaction Receipts

1. Visit the BB Americas website, click on Access My Account and select BB Remessa.

2. Sign in with your credentials (Username and Password) and click Login. If your access has not been created, click on Sign-up now.

3. From the main menu, select Activity and click on Receipt to view and/or download your transaction receipts.

1. Access your BBA Account on the BB S.A. App.

2. Click on “BB Remessa” and select “Consultar transações”.

3. Select the transaction you want to view in detail.

4. Scroll down the page to access the “Salvar ou compartilhar” button.

Note: The available receipt will include the remittance status information.
