If you already send money with Zelle® at another U.S. Bank and would like to register Zelle® with BB Americas Bank, you will need to inform a new e-mail address or U.S. mobile number, different from the one registered with Zelle® at the other bank.

Each e-mail address and U.S. mobile number can only be registered with Zelle® at one U.S. bank.

³Zelle® should only be used to send money to friends, family or others you trust. We recommend that you do not use Zelle® to send money to unknown recipients. Neither BB Americas Bank nor Zelle® offer a protection program for any authorized payments made with Zelle® – for example, if you do not receive the item you paid for or the item is not as described or as expected. You are liable for any and all Zelle® payments made through the BB Americas Bank Personal Mobile App and Consumer Online Banking, using your login credentials (username and password).
⁴Zelle® is available for U.S. personal checking account. Your eligible U.S. personal checking account must be active and enabled for ACH transactions and Online Banking transfers.
⁵Payment requests to persons not already enrolled with Zelle® must be sent to an email address.

There is no fee for sending or receiving a transfer under the service. Please refer to our Schedule of Fees for miscellaneous service fees that may be assessed upon occurrence associated with the service.
